934為了加速事情的進展

I sand you the schedule in this letter’s attaches .We wish you understand the achieved percentage.


We plan it as far as possible to match your expectancy.


but we still can't let it match your expectancy to reach 100%.


the schdule still have to be discussed in Changhua JCI , but it will not be change too much.



Please let us know who will come to join this celebration before July/10th. In the meantime, please offer some congratulatory speech according to our anniversary before July 1st to us. Then we can have time to printing our publication. Thanks.

正在安排日本姊妹會的來訪行程,因為擔任國際事務主委,需要撥時間經營,還好有一群知己,盡心盡力的協助,讓我充分體會,無能為力和兩捩叉刀的際遇反差。


處理眾人之事不是輕鬆的事情。很多意見、很多想法,如果要花時間一一整合,費時耗力,身為主辦者,我必須某種程度地犧牲其他人意見。


為了加速事情的進展,我在對日方的回函給予相對上比較確定的說法。


唯有行程定案,後面才有繼續準備的基礎,否則能量虛耗。大家精疲力竭之餘,傷心傷身也傷感情。


尊重和定見的距離有時候需要拿捏。
